Registration Deadline: March 24, 2025

Program Guidelines

Program must be in Tamil only, related to Tamil culture and arts.
Allowed number of participants per program 5 to 10 persons.
Maximum time duration for dance (including remix, fusion, single song, and etc.), singing, instruments, and any other programs 6 minutes only.
Maximum time duration for skit/drama/variety program 10 minutes only.
The program must be pre-recorded with high-quality audio and MP3 format only.
Please note that the cultural committee will reach out to the program coordinator after reviewing the audio file for any modifications.
If two or more groups select a similar song, the rules will apply (preference will be given on a first come and first-reserved basis. The cultural secretary will reach out to you to choose an alternative song to avoid conflict).
The Cultural Co-Ordinator decision is final for program selection.
